The Workshop 1924 was asked by the award winning Silverfern marquees to build the super structure for the huge Izuzu sign at the national Fieldays this year.
The huge sign was 12 meters long firmly bolted to a 20ft container. The job included creating the CAD drawings from hand drawn sketches, coming up with ideas and concepts that would satisfy the certifier as well as the client. It had to be engineered to withstand any potential cross winds that are thrown at the Hamilton site during that week. I think you will agree that it made quite an impact.
The Workshop 1924 is based in Pukekohe. It has been servicing the community since 1924, it started as the Franklin Electric Power Board and then the Counties Power workshop.
