The Cutting Lab is situated onsite in Shed 2 at The Workshop, 14a Glasgow Road, Pukekohe.
We have a customised space dedicated to the Maxiem Waterjet cutter. The technology uses high pressure water along with garnet ( abrasive media) to cut through almost anything. The process is efficient and leaves a cutting edge without burrs or heat damage.
Callum Duckworth is our trained operator. He is a qualified fitter welder and is happy to talk to you about how our wide range of engineering services could also be of assistance.
We can use multiple types of files to set up the machine but if you don’t have the cut shape you need on a file we are also able to create a file from your dimensions or hand drawn diagrams.
